What Do You Think About Vascularity?

I've always had prominent veins in my forearms and when I do lifting using them or flex and squeeze them, it really looks like a nest of snakes. I've never really given much thought about them other than the comments from medical workers in how easy it's been for them to draw blood.

My best vascular, veiny look starts on the forearms, runs up the bis, across the delts and across the pecs. Then, a few veins running down lower abs. It's tougher to get quad veiny look for me. Damn, love that look.

I love it. Iā€™m fairly vascular all over, especially as I get leaner. Iā€™ve even got veins on my back and ass now. Of course it depends on the time of the day, and how much carbs Iā€™ve consumed, and how hydrated I am.

My arms get nasty especially when theyā€™re pumped.

I naturally have very little vascularity, and I wouldn't want a whole lot anyway. I'm not a fan of extreme vascularity, which just doesn't look that healthy to me.

But still... there's a certain satisfaction that comes from seeing the vascularity that's appeared in my legs from extensive cycling and the hint of vascularity in my abs from reduced body fat.
