it's vague for the most part. I'm 10 minutes in and he's talking around a lot of specifics.
He does mentions that he was often up against execs who wanted to try new things with the X-Men like have Jubilee shoot plasma from her mouth or make firework middle fingers, but he wanted to stick to a mostly comics faithful adaptation for the 'fans.'

Idk, he definitely was trying to talk around NDAs and not talk himself into a lawsuit, but I’m sure he’s not just making it all up. I wouldn’t be overly surprised to learn Disney/Marvel is a nightmare to work for and would bury you.
Watched a bit more, he's actually making some really intense claims against execs and higher ups that he should not have hidden behind a paywall (outright racism towards him and other crew members, sexual harassment, etc.) This is the kind of stuff he should've led with instead of hiding it behind a paywall.

Tbh, he didn't have to post his video on OF. If he wanted to gain some income, Patreon was more than suitable, but he chose a platform for where it's all mostly porn. Kinda SUS if you ask me. I definitely believe he'll be posting body positivity content, but nudes are probably gonna be 50/50 behind a PPV or not posted at all.
