I also don't believe the 10"Hg pumpers - as most cylinders don't have such a good seal, and manual pumping to 10"Hg is hard to do.
What they read on the gauge isn't really calibrated and just an indication. ( many cheap pump brands with a gauge are made in China or ...
12"Hg is comfortable? And up to 15"Hg?oh 15 inHg is not hard at all to reach, if you have a good pump. the gauge i use comes from a plastic mity-vac hand pump i broke, but the gauge was salvageable. i may not have taken it to a calibration lab, but i can trust the accuracy.
if i pump my balls i don't really go beyond 6 inHg, but cock only 12 inHg is comfortable and i don't blister. i used to blister years ago, but now that i don't i prefer to stay at 12 inHg just to keep my cock skin conditioned to a high vac.
i don't think it really makes it much faster , it's just the comfort level.

Because in that case your 15Hg is really 5.9Hg and your 12Hg is 4.7Hg.

I know what you mean. I try to stop beforr the puffyness sets in. Haven't pumped for a long time now.I use to pump above 10Hg but not any more. Extreme pumping is what makes you bloat and puffiness.
I pump for about an hour with 2" cylinder, cock stays big a few hours afterI don't have a gauge. I use a 2" cylinder and my normal girth is 6.5". I am pumping to add length, not girth, so I use quite a bit of pressure to stretch my cock. I was "stuck" on 7.25" length for a long time, but I am now 7.5". my goal is 8". I usually try to pump every other day. at first when I hit 7.5" it would be several minutes into the session before I would hit 7.5". now I consistently hit 7.5" within about a minute, and I am that long without the pump.
you might say that's only .25" gain and that's true, but when I started PE many years ago, I was just barely able to hit 6.5" in length. so I've gained an inch, and probably that much or more in girth. it just takes time and a good, steady routine, and that can be difficult with work, life in general, etc.
