What Hg do you pump at?

So what if you are using a tube that's too big (girth wise)? Just no length gains?


Basically, yes.
It's the same reason you can't make those long thin baloons longer until they reach their max girth wise.

For a long time I made the mistake of using a tube that was far too big for me girth wise and could never really have any productive pumping sessions. Once I learned the error of my ways and accepted the fact that I may need multiple tubes in order to effectively get where I want to be, pumping became a lot more efficient and fun.

I usually pump about 5inmg. I will go up to 7 sometimes for a few also. I do like to bump it up to 10 for a few seconds just for the amazing feeling but would never do it long term. When I was new at pumping I got really excited one session and actually pumped it to 15inmg for about 30 seconds. No ill side affects but worth the feeling at least once ;). High pressure or properly low pressure tech. Is great for photo showing off

For my part, I pump 4 -5. With a break at the beginning every 10 minutes, after 10 minutes 3x sessions, I turn to the session about 30 minutes. during breaks, it must be massaged. I earn circumference (5 "to 6" sometimes see 7 ") but very little in length.
 
I don't have a gauge so I just go by feel. Would anyone know of a way of me knowing what pressures I might be using without the use of a gauge?
No. Pumping without a gauge is dangerous. Pain isn't an indicator, because than it's too late.
I also don't believe the 10"Hg pumpers - as most cylinders don't have such a good seal, and manual pumping to 10"Hg is hard to do.
What they read on the gauge isn't really calibrated and just an indication. ( many cheap pump brands with a gauge are made in China or Korea )

I have a digital, battery driven pump. ( not for PE but for ED ) It's a medical pump, not cheap but 50% was payed back by my insurrance as I had too many side effects of viagra. (+ it was kicking in too late - and a pump has an immediate effect )
But that pump has a security - you can not go higher than 6Hg.
There are 5 stands ( off - 4Hg - 4.5Hg - 5Hg - continu ).

The cylinder is big but with the silicone sleeve inside it's a bit too small for me - also that it says fits for any penis.
I measured the really lenght and dia inside and it was 20cm (less than 8") and 5cm in dia (less than 2"). On the box 25cmx6cm (but that is the outside dimension)

On topic - I just pump for an erection on the medium stand (4.5Hg) and I pack the cylinder within 2 minutes. ( I stay max 5minutes in the cylinder ) Outside on the base of the cylinder there is a silicone penisring. Before I pull out, I roll the ring over the base to my penis. I once measured my penis immediately after and it was 7.5" x 6.0"; a monster, because the girth was from base to top the same. But sexual stimulation is needed - because if not - after a few minutes it's just as limp as before pumping.

Advise - buy a pump with a gauge - even not good calibrated an indicator.

oh 15 inHg is not hard at all to reach, if you have a good pump. the gauge i use comes from a plastic mity-vac hand pump i broke, but the gauge was salvageable. i may not have taken it to a calibration lab, but i can trust the accuracy.

if i pump my balls i don't really go beyond 6 inHg, but cock only 12 inHg is comfortable and i don't blister. i used to blister years ago, but now that i don't i prefer to stay at 12 inHg just to keep my cock skin conditioned to a high vac.

i don't think it really makes it much faster , it's just the comfort level.

When I do pump it's usually just for recreation to get my dick to monstrous proportions, so I usually pump from 5-10hg for an hour or so, moving up from 2.5 inch tube, to 2.75, to 3.

you might say that's only .25" gain and that's true, but when I started PE many years ago, I was just barely able to hit 6.5" in length. so I've gained an inch, and probably that much or more in girth. it just takes time and a good, steady routine, and that can be difficult with work, life in general, etc.

Are you sure that the gauge is in inch Hg and not decimal.
Because in that case your 15Hg is really 5.9Hg and your 12Hg is 4.7Hg.
10"Hg is a very strong vacuum, and I can't believe that you have no blisters with even a stronger vacuum than 10"Hg

yes , quite certain. btw i have a background in calibration and metrology, to be precise, I mean to say a relative pressure 12 inHg below the local atmospheric pressure.

i used to blister before, but that was with using a hanger that attached to the head using a vaccum. i have no idea what that vacuum was, but now that i think about it, i may be able to calculate it based on the weight i hung and the cross sectional area of the opening should give psi and i could convert that to inHg. interesting problem.

later today i may upload a picure of the gauge, and have calculated the vacuum hanger.

I usually stay between 7-12 12 only for short periods of time. I don't get any red spots if I go up to 15 which I did one time my dick was covered in red spots and I had to pretend like I wasn't in the mood for sex.

I pump for about an hour with 2" cylinder, cock stays big a few hours after
 
I start at 3hg, for 3 minutes gently pulling on the tube like I'm "jerking off" and that makes the gauge move up and down about a half number. Release and jelq. Get about 75-85% hard again and get in the pump, another 5 minutes at 3-4hg, light pulling a few times every 20 seconds (I think it helps make the blood move around, at least it looks and feels like it). Then a minute of jelqs, then 5 minutes at 4-5hg. Jelqs, then 10 minutes at 4-5hg, jelqs, then 15 minutes at 4-5hg but more towards 5. Every 3 minutes or so I'll pump up to 7hg which is extremely strong and I can feel it too much, but only for 10 seconds, and then release down to 3hg and pump back up to 5hg. 5 is where I go to for sessions that total over 20 minutes.

I never get bloated or pack the tube. Never have. I don't know what the requirements are to pack a tube. I just pump to get full and I love the feeling! I pump as safe as possible: lots of heat for a warm up and jelqs and stretches for at least 5-10 minutes before I pump every time.
