That's interesting. I had assumed mine pointing off to the left was because I am right handed, am using my right hand when I cum, because my forearm is at a diagonal when I have hold of my cock and my wrist is reasonably straight. My wrist has less movement going towards the thumb side than going the opposite way (towards the little finger) so, quite possibly, my hand isn't completely at right angles to the centre line of my body.
