during sex, especially positions such as missionary, what do you do? are you so used to it it doesn't bother/affect you? do you have to turn or keep your head/nose away?

Ok, you jumped right on her without any foreplay and noticed the bad breath? You know you having sex with this person you can't give her a little kiss first then suggest maybe she might want to brush her teeth or gargle. Maybe go to the bathroom and brush your teeth and tell her you want to be minty fresh for her? I bet she gets the hint.
