Where does skinny (pencil), average, above average and thick begin?

i label myself a pencil dick because of the appearance as well as statistically being on the lower end of the girth pole. but when does a penis start moving out of pencil range into average and average into above average etc.?

my own guess is
pencil - anything 4.5 and below
average - 4.5 - 5.1
above average - 5.1 to 5.4
and thick - 5.5 and above


but would like answers from those who are actually getting penetrated (ladies, ts, bi/bottoms)

I think the average is more like 5-5.5 and above average is 5.5-6.5 and thick is 6.5+

Honestly, this site is the only place where I have been considered "thin." I mean, I'm 5.5 around, except for a little above 6 around at the base. My dick is a little over 2 inches wide...but yea, in the real world I've been told that I'm huge, long, and thick many times.

It's not as though there's a strong consensus on the topic, though. Another study claims average erect circumference is "from 3.5 inches to 3.9 inches (8.8 cm to 10 cm)."

In general many studies show most men are below 5" in circumference, or between 4 and 5 inches (41%) and 24% at 5", 48% between 5" and 6" and only 4% at 6" with only 1% over 6" in circumference.
So however you want to classify them form there........Some measure below 4" likely thin, between 4" and 5" quite common (average if you like) and 5" above average with 6" and above quite rare.

this is an interesting question because some would say thick is 5.5 and really thick is 6+ while others say 5.5 is above average and thick starts at 6/ i tend to go with the former, 5.5 is where thick begins, 6+ is very thick.

So I'm hoping pencil is more likely under 4.25" in girth.

How can there be an objective measure for "pencil dick"? It varies according to the experience of the observer. For a size queen, anything below the worldwide average of 4.59" is a pencil dick. A size queen for REAL big dick would think anything below 5.45" (2 SDs above average) would be a pencil dick. For an average guy, then maybe 2 standard deviations below average (down to 3.73") would be a pencil dick. A true pencil is what, about a circumference of about 1.2"? WTF? Why even ask the question? So, what if your circumference is 4", and your lady loves you just the way you are, and wants to have sex with you? Is this not a wonderful thing? Dude, if you are 4" circumference, you will never win a dick measuring contest. So what? So, don't enter the contest, and instead, be who you are an be glad.
