I use MY.SIZE PRO 72 mm. Although I'm in the USA, I have them shipped to me from a store in the UK, because they are not available here. So you should be able to get them easily in the UK. As far as I know, they are the widest condom made, and have a uniform width along their whole length. They are about 9 inches long. They fit this fairly comfortably (not quite at full mast in the pic)...
