Well the opposite would be “ big, low hanging balls” so I’m going to say …the bigger and heavier hanging the better please.

It actually sometimes frustrates me that mine don't hang more
Having two kids, I know they're perfectly functional, but if only I could have them hang as low and loose as on a hot summer day 100% of the time, I'd be veeeeeery happy.
