I am a touch curious about why such a short term member inspired the query. A member with less than 50 posts? A 10 day run of membership?

By running afoul of LPSG's Terms and Rules.
Ya play in the LPSG sandbox by the rules? No worries about the ban-hammer.
Ya flout the rules? That ban-hammer is gonna find ya. Sooner or later. It always does.
Here's something else we do for some of our "struggling" members: We often send them this link to read:
Terms of Service and Rules. To help them avoid said ban-hammer.
Unfortunately, reading is not so fundamental for a few Members.
Now remember, this is just between us!

3. Faking a verification pic
4. Spamming
