its been explained many times ...

he was convicted 5 years ago - he got prison time and a 5 year SHPO ( sexual harm prevention order)

the SHPO has conditions about how he needs to behave for the 5 year term - that means police can enter his home ANYTIME within that 5 year period, they can access his computer and monitor everything he does in the 5 year period and he is NOT allowed to delete internet history . He is also monitored if he speaks to children or is around children - if he gets a girlfriend she will be informed by police of his past . etc etc

so obviously with the SHPO - he has police watching everything he does for 5 years - he decided to give up the cam stuff and sex videos .

but as of this April , the SHPO ends .....nobody knows if he will start up again
