She wasn't underage, she was 17. The issue isn't statutory rape, its distributing images of somebody under the age of 18. She knew full well she was being recorded. Lets not make out he's been raping kids.

It doesn't matter if she knew she was being recorded. Doesn't matter if she said "hey yeah distribute them plz". She was under the legal age of distribution of indecent images. The law states you have to be 18. They committed a crime and are therefore being punished for it. End of discussion.

Is he still in prison?
no he was realeased - but on a 5 year probation and has to sign the register .....police will be checking on his activity during the next 5 years ....so he wont be doing cam shows or meeting guys in hotels for private photo sessions ....he has to be a good boy for the next 5 years and proove he has changed .

That's what I was saying

There’s no basically about it, I don’t want people thrown in prison for 2 years due to stupid hypocritical laws whilst people who break genuine/logical laws get off with a slap on the wrist.
I do however believe if they’re old enough for you to put your dick in, they’re old enough for you to see somebody else put their dick in them.

The law is the law. You don't get to decide what is a "genuine" law in order to support something you agree with. Imagine if everyone had that mentality. The country would be a sick, disgusting place.

By all means, campaign to have the law changed, but every law passed by parliament and that has received Royal Assent, is a genuine law.

He had 10 videos of the underage girl and 27 images ...

the age of consent is 16 to have sex

There are incidents were seemingly ' innocent' teens have been cautioned for sending nude selfies to each other

the fact is two 16 year olds can look at each other naked and have sex BUT if they take pictures of each or exchange rude selfies it becomes a crime ....and that also protects the chance the images could be copied or shared

I’m not obligated to agree with any laws, simply obide . I have the right to think it’s a stupid law just as you have the right to think that all laws are morally correct regardless of how stupid they are.
At no point have I said this isn’t the law, so people can stop clarifying the law as though it proves a point. I know the law. I’m saying that this particular law is stupid.

You implied this law wasn't genuine. You can agree and disagree with whatever you like, I never said you couldn't.

The porn law applies to everyone - its not like they targeted will wright ....he knew what the law was .....he was running a porn web site and it was his responsibility to check his models consented and were over 18 ....

the law protects young people getting exploited ..... A 16 year old and an 18 yr old have different levels of maturity .....

the only thing i would say is 2 years prison was a harsh sentence , he broke the law but maybe he could of had a caution or suspended instead .ld

that other guy Connor Hayes is horrible , he was trying to get me to buy a cam session and i refused he got very agressive and pushy ...he is ugly - thats why i refused .

Oh right, no I didn’t mean I didn’t think it was a genuine law. I should have just left it as “logical”, as I can’t think of the word I’m after to explain my point.

He’s not a pedophile. You can’t judge somebody for their families actions
He tricked a girl too young to be filmed into starring in his illegal homemade porn. His dad is a sex offender with the worst class of pictures.

Scum breeds scum.

He filmed a 17 year old who consented to being filmed. You can’t judge him of the actions of his dad, especially when the crimes are completely unrelated
