I'll bite...I can't speak for earlier generations, but I know it's been very common for millennial boys and men to be posited that much of our heterosexuality is an indoctrination placed upon us by society, and in the absence of such societal oversight we would all be much more sexually fluid...Fortunately as millenials(and younger), modern technology and telecommunications have afforded us a way to indulge in all manner of sexual tastes, largely free of outside judgement. Which means many of us, at least once in our lives was willing to test that logic and see some hardcore gay sex footage to see what, if any reaction happened. The best parallel I can think of is the vicarious pain men collectively and emphatically feel when they see another man get hit in the nuts, not looking to jerk off at all, but maybe wash our eyes. Might indulge in some pure lesbian stuff for awhile before we're comfortable seeing dudes in straight porn again, lol

Wayyyyy back when people use to rent VHS tapes. My store has a back room for porn. Yes I admit I paid money for porn . I was never bold enough to go in the back room , hang out and select something.
