I worked once with a photograph for a male art project about male genetalia - so he took some pictures without my face and wants to publish them (with pictures of other guys). It was an interesting experience. I attend also art classes but not as a model. Standing still for 30 or 45 minutes would be too exhausting for me

I pose quite regularly for a local art college in small town. Having a very small penis, it has been quite liberating for me but it is not without its challenges as well

I’ve done a lot of modeling for artist, classes, and entertainment. So, answering your question: “If an artist like us asked you to pose nude, would you consider it?”

It really depends on your approach and the situation. For example, if it’s outside of an art environment and I’ve never met you before and you just walk up and ask, I’d be really cautious. I’d immediately think, is this guy just trying to hook up with me?

Perhaps if you took the approach saying that you’re a photographer and you are looking for models to work and I have an interesting look. Then you give me your card/ social media link telling me to contact you if I’m interested, and leave it at that. I’d probably consider it. But I’d check your site and work before reaching out. Basically keep the conversation light, don’t get onto a lot of flattery and absolutely do not start with, “I’d like to photograph you nude”.

In my late 20s I did pose naked for a few shots taken by a photo student she actually did a good job.
But that was that.
Now, I wouldn't mind at all to do it again.
Actually I almost listed myself to be a nude model in art classes but my job took a turn and I don't have much time to spare, probably soon.

I posed for art classes when I was young. What made it easier for me was having practiced hatha yoga where I held poses for a long time including standing ones. Focusing on breathing & relaxing in a meditative state was the key.

Once upon a time, decades ago.,.after long discussions.,,,I agreed to pose with another person for a privately commissioned painting. It is still life of a beautiful woman..,.both of us nude together…her husband commissioned the painting. He also has several other painting of her…of her..,,evening gowns to gowns…dinner/party attire to several fully nude.

We suffer from extreme social anxiety, so it's really difficult for us to approach anyone to ask this question. We tend to come off as really nervous, which might make it hard to convey our artistic vision. We understand this might not be for everyone, but we're curious to hear your thoughts. What would influence your decision - comfort level, the artistic purpose, or perhaps the trust in the artists themselves?
