Just ordered the extreme premium edition, thank you Christmas money haha :p

I'll let everybody know how it goes, I'll be doing the clinical trial thing to get my money back after 6 months, I think that's a really cool incentive to try it out. If it works I'll have a bigger penis and my money back and if not I'll have my money back still. Win Win!

It shipped! Should be here by Thursday, and then it's all growth from here on out :) also bought a LongJohnny for full package pumping, I've used jars and silicone tubing before but never an official ball pump so I'm excited to see how big I can get

How’s it going. Seeing any results? I have an X4 and also do a little hanging. Haven’t seen any results yet, but hope to soon.

I've read a lot of reviews saying that their clinical free thing is fake or at the least extremely hard to redeem. If you can tolerate wearing it for more than an hour at a time let us know. I've had extenders and can't ever keep them from slipping or causing pain.

I’ve had it for a few years and it’s comfortable. Gained a little bit of length but gained over an inch of flaccid length.
It takes time but works.

I've been using mine now for close to a month, with a goal of 4 hrs/day and only taking off one day per week. Some days I'm less than 4 hours to be honest. I've seen noticeable gains in flaccid length and erect girth (see my prior postings for more details). Erect length may be slightly bigger, but flaccid is where I've really seen length gains. I'm hanging dramatically lower throughout the day, so it doesn't seem to be because I'm semi or fluffed but truly flaccid. From everything I've read, flaccid growth is a precursor to erect growth, so my hopes are high.

Great to hear about the results. Are you trying any other PE along with the extender?

He said it was shipped Dec. 19.

If you expect results that fast from an extender of all things, maybe PE isn't for you. No offense but do some research before hoping in something. This is not a 100m sprint, it's a cross country run.

I would disagree, I have used an extender for a month and gained an inch plus already.

No... I have a healthcare background, so I'm a big believer in medical studies. The ONLY reason I bought an extender is because of the multiple, clinical studies that suggest efficacy. Even then I would have been skeptical, had it not been for the British Journal of Urology study. That publication is the absolute pinnacle of legitimacy in the urology world, so it should be taken as Bible.

With that said, I'm not hating on manual exercises, hanging and such. I would imagine that they can work based on people's anecdotal evidence and common sense (stretching is stretching, right?) However, my personal opinion is that they are probably more prone to injury and may or may not be as effective or more effective...it's just wild card to me. I'm playing it safe with the extender.

As for continued results, I haven't been able to wear it as long as I'd like--just too freaking busy. However, I'm still gaining significantly in flaccid hang during the day. I use this restroom at a local Starbucks I frequent during the days, and honestly, it's hard for me to do so without getting caught up on how big my flaccid cock is. I know that sounds horrible, but it's just hanging so much longer. I'll look in the mirror shocked, then I'll start fluffing it to see how much it hangs in a semi, and then I see it in the mirror.... just vicious cycle. Doing this yesterday, I achieved erection, and for the first time I noticed significant gains in the erect state. I suspect I'm approaching a 1/2 gain in erect length and still maintain that my average flaccid hang is an inch longer.

ok, i'll bite.

bought an x4 last year, and had a lot of time on my hands, so i got to wear it extensively; 4-5 hours, 4-5 days of the week for 5 months. Some breaks were taken here and there, but i always got right back into it.

i had significant gains; about the 3cm that the company claims you can get, which puts me now at ~24.5cm. i am in the minority, apparently, but everyone's body is different.

Successful people usually use the "time over tension" axiom, and that seems to work: applying low tension for long time periods is the way to go.

It does take a ton of time, though. and fuck trying to wear anything over this rig. movement is very restricted, too. so allot time for it: play a video game or watch a movie or two. just don't think you will be ambulatory at all.

hahah Horizon Zero Dawn, Dark Souls 3, and LoZ Breath of The Wild got me through wearing it the first time.

i am trying to begin a regimented schedule of a couple hours a day at the moment. because i work, and i cannot wear this thing in public. 1.5 hours a day isn't going to get me into the record books anytime soon, but any time is better than no time.

You sound similar to me in that you started large to begin with. I think these studies actually reflect results from smaller guys, given the test populations (like a Chinese study where most of the men were under 2 inches flaccid to begin with). I've been having phenomenal results--especially in flaccid gains--really quickly, which I know people probably doubt. All I can figure is that a larger cock grows significantly more than those that start out so small, which is what the study results were based on. If a 2 inch flaccid grows to 3 inches over 6 months, I think it's very likely that we bigger guys could see 2 inch gains. I think I'll be looking at 1.5 to 2 inches of flaccid gain and over 1 inch erect gain by the end of summer. I confirmed yesterday erect gain of .25 to .5 inches based on my cock head to naval correlation, which is actually pretty accurate. Skeptics would call me out and ask why I'm not taking a precision measuring device every week and documenting that way...my answer is simple...I started out large to begin with and am doing this for real gains, if they happen I'll notice. I'm not doing it to document .1 centimeter gains. I'm very confident that my erection is upwards of 1/2 inch longer already, and it shows visibly. I'll measure at the end of Summer when I know it will show significant gains. As for flaccid, a penis has so much deviation anyway, that I may never measure those gains. I just know it's hanging way further down my leg and even my girlfriend has made comments about how ridiculous looking it is. I'm already pondering how I'm going to keep it from falling out of my trunks this Summer, but I suppose that's a good problem to have, haha.

You are not the first one to say that "bigger guys gain more". I do think it is possible, but there needs to be a real study done with guys of all sizes for it to be more valid.

there is too much variation in soft size. i have measured from 5 inches up to 6 inches soft, and that was before i started wearing my x4. i don't bother with it. my cock is definitely stretchier now. lol

i am just trying for 1-2 hours a day. it will take me forever to reach my goal.

there is some anecdotes of guys using this sort of device for years and seeing sustained gains. i am hoping that is what happens here.

lol if i have my way, my cock will need it's own coffin. lol

In this study participants started 7.15 cm and 9.62 cm, flaccid and stretched length respectively.
They gained 1.7 cm and 2.3 cm over the course of 6 months wearing the extender device 4h per day.

23% increase in both flaccid and stretched length. You can translate that for your starting length and have an idea of the results you can achieve using a similar protocol.

Yeah... I think % gains is the best way to guesstimate potential results. If the physiology of why penis traction works is true to begin with--as stated by the studies, manufacturers, etc.--which is hyperplasia or cell growth, then it's unfathomable that smaller organs would gain as much a larger ones in terms of raw length. Presumably, larger starting organs would have more cells to begin with or at least larger cells. Percent increases across the board make the most sense, and 23% of 6 inches is a heck of a lot more than 23% of 2 or 3 inches.

With that said, I also believe there's a "wild card" factor pertaining to unknowns of individuals' bodies and how receptive their particular organ is to hyperplasia regardless of starting size. Maybe it relates to physiology in a grower/shower context and erection potential as compared to flaccid size--who knows? However, all things being equal, common sense suggests a significantly larger starting organ should grow more than a smaller one as measured by length and not percent.

Absolutely. The study says nothing about the level of tension used for instance. Moreover, age, genetic factors, diet, sleep patterns and others can all play a role.

It is also almost 10 years old. Time for a new study.
