X4 labs extender

what does this mean? like if you can touch your navel with your cock? what's the correlation? navels vary in position as much as cocks vary in size.

Very true... However, my naval position doesn't vary from day-to-day, so my point is that my erection is slightly longer. I was comparing the normal positioning of my erect cock relative to my naval prior to using the extender with the correlation now after using the extender. In my case, my cock has historically just touched the bottom edge of my naval when standing and erect. After 2 months or so of extender use, it's now completely covering my naval while standing in the exact same position (probably 1/2 inch higher).

As for naval positioning amongst men in general, it certainly does vary. However a small or average penis almost never reaches one's naval when standing upright. Of course there are well endowed men who's cocks don't reach their naval due to their unique physiology.

i see.

wait... your navel doesn't change position day by day?

weird.

anyway, yeah my cock does the same, sticks up about 2 or 3 cm above my navel, but i don't know how accurate that is, since i have gained a lot of weight in the past year, with a good deal of it in my belly. if i ever decide to get up off of my ass and put the fork down, that may change.

last i took a measurement, which wasn't too long ago my span from penile base to belly button was ~21 cm. so guessing that my penis measurement of ~24.5cm is mostly okay for now.

Just moved up in my extender, too. dunno the measurement exactly, tho. i am kinda of the same mind in that i don't feel like i should be measuring everyday, because of natural variation and environmental/mental conditions. And seeing you measure higher one day, and the next you measure lower, can bring down your morale.

Penises are hard (uhhhhuhuh) to measure accurately, really. I still don't agree with the popular consensus of only "along the top". how in any realm of physical geometry is that a valid method of measurement?

i mean if you curve steeply upward, the top will naturally be shorter than the side and the bottom. i think that method is grossly inaccurate.

Couldn't agree more.

I try to standardise my measurements by keeping my penis at approximately 90 degrees from my body in the standing position and pressing into my symphysis pubis (the joint where the two pubic bones meet).

Obviously I am prone to bias like everybody else but at least I have a somewhat (non-cranky) reproducible method. :D

Okay, haven't kept great track of it but with consistent wearing I've definitely seen some growth, usually getting around 7" in the extender itself (with a BPEL of 6.5")

This is combined with other methods and over time though; tbh I started out at 5.5" BPEL (lied about it online to feel better) but with stretching and pumping and saline I've gotten longer. With a better routine I'd definitely gain more; anybody saying you can't gain anything is straight up lying, but it does take a lot of time and effort.

No... I have a healthcare background, so I'm a big believer in medical studies. The ONLY reason I bought an extender is because of the multiple, clinical studies that suggest efficacy. Even then I would have been skeptical, had it not been for the British Journal of Urology study. That publication is the absolute pinnacle of legitimacy in the urology world, so it should be taken as Bible.

With that said, I'm not hating on manual exercises, hanging and such. I would imagine that they can work based on people's anecdotal evidence and common sense (stretching is stretching, right?) However, my personal opinion is that they are probably more prone to injury and may or may not be as effective or more effective...it's just wild card to me. I'm playing it safe with the extender.

As for continued results, I haven't been able to wear it as long as I'd like--just too freaking busy. However, I'm still gaining significantly in flaccid hang during the day. I use this restroom at a local Starbucks I frequent during the days, and honestly, it's hard for me to do so without getting caught up on how big my flaccid cock is. I know that sounds horrible, but it's just hanging so much longer. I'll look in the mirror shocked, then I'll start fluffing it to see how much it hangs in a semi, and then I see it in the mirror.... just vicious cycle. Doing this yesterday, I achieved erection, and for the first time I noticed significant gains in the erect state. I suspect I'm approaching a 1/2 gain in erect length and still maintain that my average flaccid hang is an inch longer.
There were tons of people in the PE community who reported efficacy with extenders before the medical studies were published. Similarly, tons of people report efficacy with just stretching and jelqing. I have gained 1/2 erect so far just with stretching and jelqing and a little bit of pumping.

Thanks for the update. I’m happy for you that you gained!

I have done over 1000 hours with an X4. Never had any luck with erect length gains. Like others have said my flaccid length did improve and it did help my base girth but no erect length gains that I could document.

Before the extender I did do kind of a less hardcore version of hanging and gained a little over .25" so i was optimistic about the X4. After the first 1000 hours I took a de conditoning break and tried again using lower tensions. Cant remember exactly how many hours (+400)t second attempt was but I believe it was enough to show some result if it was going to work.

I seem to be cursed when it comes to gaining. Very frustrating.
