The Challenge is a competition show from MTV. It's been around forever (40ish seasons). It's similar to Survivor but without the survival aspect. They all live together in a house and go all over the place completing missions in the hopes of winning the grand prize. They frequently cast past cast members of Survivor, Big Brother, Love Island, Are You the One, etc., so that's why I'm surprised they haven't scooped him up yet.
