i think he did nose and eyes. however, he lost fats from workout

I don't know if he had plastic surgery or not but I think it's probably more to do with how his modeling shots are edited.
In his most recent IG picture from today he looks very much like in the video stills and not so much like he looks in the edited modeling pictures...

He has some videos of his photoshoots where his small waist and perky butt is shown, looks the same as his photos. But I have no doubt that his photos do rely a great deal on photoshop.

Not all Chinese models are as heavily processed like that though, there are some hunks who look the same in videos as in their photos, eg Robert Hung, Evan Wu Zhihao, 言武，洪晓龙, Ezzawoohoo, Robin Tiang and Hello_David.
