Hi Lpsg fam,
Just wondering of anyone has been to a naked yoga work out class or currently does this at home either by themselves or with friends etc. Really kean to start doing some yoga and i definitly want to do it naked haha
Wondering if anyone has any advice or videos on doing yoga and what to do or maybe someone has some other options that would do the same thing for relaxation and fitness etc.
Look forward to seeing what all you guys and girls do and how ya do it.
Also if anyone is interested in maybe doing a session together or in a group setting online o er cam or something like that. Let me know so we can tee something up

Love Yoga I have done it a few times when alone at home naked. Feels great. You have a good pose there

I know in Barcelona a couple of places where they do practice naked yoga, also naked yoga for men

Hi. I do yoga every morning. Since some months, I do it naked, preferably outside. For long time I refrained from doing it naked since in some poses, some protection is needed. Also there is a risk of distraction . But especially for pranayama, I have the impression that the energy flows better. Also , I more and more feel embarrassed by any cloth around my waist…
