It would be nice to know the age groups of guys that prefer hairy chests. By the time I was 19, I had hairy legs, hairy chest and abs. I always felt very insecure and unwanted. I wouldn't go to the beach or be shirtless in public. You rarely see hairy chested models, actors in movies, in ads or in porn, especially on younger guys (18-30.) Smooth guys dominate the scene. So I then started saving up for laser hair removal. I'm 24 now and almost finishing up with my laser hair removal process that took a year. So far I'm not regretting my decision because I feel happier and more comfortable about my looks. I still have speckle of hair on my chest and abs. I'm contemplating having my legs lasered as well but I don't want smooth legs just reduction.

Damn, you want what you can't have. I love my hairy chest and am amazed when I see guys at the pool w/out any hair. We're all different. I have what I got. I feel lucky and blessed that I have hair in all the right places -- which I can shave off anytime. Since I'm in my early 40s, it amazes me that younger men have taken on manscaping. I wish that was more acceptable when I was younger. What ever makes you feel good about yourself, go with it. Who's your Daddy?
