Yes, it appears greener on the other side. About 12 yo my Dad bought me a razor and told me to shave. I had already had lots of hair on my legs, forearms, underarms and crotch. Before I was 13, it had spread to my lower belly, chest and last upper belly. By 16, my front looked something like Alec Baldwin or Brian Bloom. The think that was difficult for me was that I was and am the only male on both sides of my family than has chest, belly, buttocks, shoulder and back hair. I started getting bald at 17 and by 21 I only had a ring of hair just above my ears. When I would get dressed and my chest hair would be visable either above the neck of my t-shirt or with an open collar shirt, my Dad would pull the hair and tell me to cover it up. I was so ashamed of my body. It has taken lots of therapy since I have gotton older to get somewhat happy with ME.
I would NEVER go without a shirt in the summer or on the beach. NOW, isn't that stupid?
OH well, it is what it is. Thanks for allowing me to vent
