I have always thought a hairy chest is the epitome of masculinity....not long after I started puberty (9 yrs old) I prayed I would have a hairy chest. I'm glad to say my praying and wishing paid off. My chest hair is growing thicker and fuller daily. Funny thing is a hairy chest doesn't run on my dad/mom side, or hairiness for that matter. I embrace my hairiness, and discourage my friends from man-scaping.

My boyfriend was born in the US but his parents come from Portugal and yes the Portuguese are some of the sexiest, hairiest guys! We went to Portugal and they have a great beach with an area for men to play and there were so many young, lean, hairy guys it was SO hot.

Needless to say when we have family occasions there's plenty of hairy chests to feast my eyes on =)

I always thought a considerable amount of chest, body or facial hair was so hot on a really young guy. I really envied a guy I went to high school with. In 10th or 11th grade he had a heavy beard and a lot of hair on his chest. I remember once I saw him at home during his first year away at college. He was sporting a fine, thick moustache. That was when I decided I wanted a beard and moustache. It took me years to grow one to suit me, but now I have a full beard and stache and love it.

Back then I could only boast the thick hair on my head and what was below the belt. Body hair to me is so cool and masculine.

It's good to hear that people like a hairy chest! I have always found that my chest was really hairy compared to others my age, and that my hairy chest didn't always go down too well. But I've got to say that I'm proud of what I've got!
