It’s such a toxic place because obviously nobody wants to sue an only fans performer because of obvious privacy reasons, so they can just get away with it.
Honestly OnlyFans is running itself into the ground. In a few years it will die because nobody will trust it.
They really need to introduce a ‘report fraud’ function where an onlyfans employee will review the claims the seller made and what they shipped, and implement a three strikes system where sellers that scam their customers get banned after three strikes. A system like this would be good for the platform long term but also for the creators because it would build trust and good for the users for obvious reasons.

OF could use stronger guidelines for content creators, including capping prices so folks can’t do crazy shit like charge $30 for a minute clip, cut out the spamming, fake previews, deceiving people with descriptions that don’t at all reflect the content, promising subsribers certain things and never fulfilling those promises, people getting away with saying homophobic/racist/generally hate shit. But everyone at this point already know OF is the Wild West, and that many of these dudes are messy as hell and will say anything for some money/validation. So indulge these guys at your own risk.
