In Neighbors 2 he already have an eightpack and abs of steel... it's already too much, but his Baywatch bod is really beyond too much

Yeah, his body in Neighbors 2/Dirty Grandpa/Mike and Dave is the best he's ever looked.

Just the right amount of muscle but also more importantly, he looked HEALTHY.

That body could've been just fine for Baywatch so I feel bad that he felt pressured to get into sub 4% body fat for the role. That is never a good body fat percentage to stay in for a prolonged period of time.

My fave Efron eras were 17 Again, Dirty Grandpa and That Awkward Moment. Still need to watch We Are Your Friends for the film itself.

I hated the Baywatch remake movie. The entire plot seemed like a shitty version of Hawaii Five 0 even though H50 is a shit show in the first place, both the old and new version.

I can assure you he was nowhere close to sub 4% bodyfat in that film.

Yeah his body was amazing, of course. But I just thought that he was such at a low level of bodyfat that he almost looked like he was dehydrated (in the face area). I liked his body in Baywatch but didn't like how older he looked in the face.

I prefer him in Dirty Grandpa/Neighbors 2. He was still pretty ripped but his face carried just a little bit of fat that makes him much cuter. He looked healthier, is what I'm saying.

He even said in an episode of his Netflix docuseries that he will never go back to that Baywatch body because of how demanding it was to achieve and maintain.

him crying because he was eating carbs lol it would be relatable if I avoided carbs in my life

remember when Zac was on Ellen to promote his Ted Bundy movie and instead of ask about his preparing for the role she made him lift his shirt?

And then he (without any request to do so) pulled his sleeves to show his huge biceps and veins... I'm pretty sure' he's proud of it

I think he is a good actor and can even be a great one... but please Zac you're terrible at pretending you're embarassed to be worshipped like the god you are lol

You can be proud of how you look, enjoy the attention you get, and also absolutely hate having to get there and maintain it. Lets be seriously, his body has been loved since he's first started getting into real shape.

officially it was 5%, according to his trainer
5% Is competition ready. You'd see feathering on his skin and striations in a relaxed state, even waking up in the morning. Even with PEDs use you wouldn't be able to hold this bodyfat for months at a time.

I believe he used make up in Baywatch movie and did a lot of workouts right before filming, he was dehydrated and didn't drank a lot of water before he would appear shirtless... there was some tricks.. but he was almost skinny actually... he even said he lost weight for Baywatch... he didn't "gain weight" as a lot of people think

I don't know how it works but it's just to create this "Goku" effect lol... I think he was miserable when he didn't worked out to "pop up" his muscles

Dehydration isn't that simple. As you dehydrate your sodium and potassium levels begin to fluctuate and you can turn into "soft" in a matter of a half hour. 8% body fat is pretty achievable, and the more lbm or muscle you have, the easier it is. I've gone to that bodyfat through diet and exercise before just to see how I'd look (used to be unhealthy when I was a little kid) and while it looks good at first, you begin to feel the effects of it. 10-11% is low enough for me, but even then 12-13% seems to be the right spot that doesn't gross people out and you feel comfortable in cold and hot weather.

I'm almost 100% certain they used temporary filler in his jaw or cheeks in the baywatch movie because I couldn't get over how weird his head looked, or it was an effect of the salt water on his color treated hair. Salt water is usually really good for your scalp and hair, hence why they sell spritz bottles of it. Color treated/permed? IDK.

I was not aware of his body image issues until this last page. I knew he had some emotional problems because he beat some rando up a few years ago and was lucky to escape a stiff penalty.

In Dirty Grandpa he had the cute little stuffed toy on his crotch when he woke up in the morning on the beach. Honestly that was hot. Here's to seeing Zac on Blacks Beach incognito one day!!!!

In Dirty Grandpa and mainly in Neighbors he looks super defined... he have like an eightpack in Neighbors and still... his face looks heathy... probably in Baywatch he was demanded to be "in another level" and... as far as I know, he had this weird face for months

like see the pics

I have the feeling he did never fully recovered Baywatch... I realized that when he's relaxed he got "bloated" or a "creepy" skinny face... I would be traumatized if I sacrifice myself this much for a role that gave me nothing but a razzie nomination

I've never seen Neighbors. Maybe I should. Well the thing is he did that Bundy movie, too. Tht kind of stuff wrecks with your mental health. I mean if you think about it actors were theater kids or into theater in the first place. And usually those people IRL are quirky or downright odd/hurt inside. The press and the fans (us) glamorize them and put them on a pedestal. Really fucked if you think about it.

The film I mentioned a page ago or last night along with Mike and Dave seem to be the most genuine of how Efron probably is with relationships IRL. On I think Graham Nortons show a few years ago he explained how some of his films really portray the type of person he is, and that he's quite nerdy.
