to me feet are like a soft-core version of a dick. somewhat dirty, smelly, phallic-ish lol, manly, bruteish looking, somewhat ugly, but at the same time can be soft, sensitive and generally hidden (usually anyway). its also on the lower half of a man's body so paying attention to it plays into a kind of sub-dom area psychologically/sexually. to me its not really about being attracted to a foot, its more so being excited that you are seeing the foot of a man you are attracted to.

What also needs to be taken into consideration is... People are attracted to what they don't have. Uncut may be attracted to cut people and vice versa. Some with flat foot may be attracted to some with normal feet. Same vice versa.
