Ugh, Zane is always getting on shows that get cancelled after he appears on it, and this time it’s a show that I actually watch :(

He might just be a bad luck charm lol
To be fair to zane, glamorous was a bad series. His character was the only good thing about it.

All these gay shows have been pretty bad lately, the only good thing is that at least they're finally casting some sexy masculine gay men for once. Red white and royal blue is a good example of meh story with super hot actors.

I liked RWRB but it wouldve been better as a tv series. Masc gay characters are so rare

I disagree, for example Showtime's Fellow Travelers starring Matt Bomer and Jonathan Bailey (two openly gay actors) and AMC's Interview With A Vampire were pretty amazing.

Personally, I quite liked the feel good vibe of Glamorous, and I am pretty bummed that it didn't get a second season. Not every single show has to be award level of great. Sometimes, watching feel-good comfort entertainment is a nice way to spend some time, too.

Glamorous was fun. A great throwback to the big primetime soaps of the 80s and 90s - sexy, silly, salacious fun. But totally gay. Really too bad there isn't more of a market these days for this kind of entertainment.

It does seem like streaming services want LGBT stories that focus upon "trauma", so a superficial sitcom or romcom every now and then is a nice break. Even "Uncoupled" managed to move on from the break-up and came up with some funny newly-single storylines.
