Is it a series or a movies ?

That is Zane Phillips playing a demigod on the TV show Legacies on Netflix.

It's a half spinoff of The Originals (itself a spinoff of Vampire Diaries), and the other half a spinoff of Vampire Diaries, kind of "the next generation". He is well suited and believable in playing someone with a divine body. His dad on the show is played by the also sexy Luke Mitchell.

The other guy shown that Zane's character is trying to have sex with again is his boyfriend werewolf Jed played by Ben Levin.

I want to be supportive of queer content but I barreled through the ten episodes of Glamorous today and it is irredeemable. The only good parts are covered by the screengrabs and gifs you all have kindly shared.

The show isn't all that bad, but it's not great. I think had this been made 15 years ago, or even in the 80s and 90s (which is ironic considering it's homage to those kinds of old-school high camp glam sex melodramas), it would have been played up bigger...making it more fun. It's not quite there, as everything these days seems to have this approach to play things under, rather than really big. Even Kim Cattrall should be playing up that character bigger.

i think a way to redeem that glamorous show was to make zane the super gay lead, the dude that plays the lead - just makes it so obvious

I agree. This show should be veering way more into camp and silly territory to really make it work. It feels a bit muted somehow like you said
