Anyways unrelated from this discussion above me... but does anybody else find it kinda sketchy (or odd idk) how he went from a complete unknown to having this huge gay following with 300k instagram followers within like a year? Did he just get incredibly lucky getting casted in Fire Island or was he a big name within theatre before that already? He basically had zero major movie or tv roles before then.

lmao I know that. He managed to book Fire Island with 0 tv or film experience before he even got casted for Legacies (that movie is literally how he got casted for the show). I'm just used to seeing people who already have connections like family members or people who come from rich backgrounds break through in the entertainment industry. And as far as I know Zane has neither of those things, so that's why I found it kinda odd lol. But I guess he just got lucky. I suppose that there are plenty of other actors right now like Zane who start off with no industry connections and just happen to get lucky enough to land big roles and manage to get onto the radar, but I'm just not aware of them.
