He just making a statement that not all American men are circumcised. I had (one passed 2 years ago) 3 nephews who were not circumcised from my youngest sister, and my middle sister didn't circumcise her son, but he had to get circumcised because of a bad infection.

I think it was in the intro to one of his reactions to The Boys that he said something about how the show should be watched without pants on, and he took his pants off, but he did so below camera, so you couldn't see his legs, just him tossing his pants aside. Later on in the same video, he stood up, and was wearing pants, so he either put them back on, or never really took them off.

Most likely filmed the episode reactions seperately so put them back on between recording sessions. At least his The Boys reaction showed us his cute editor Ellis.
