He's clearly wearing all required padding on his upper body. The only padding you could be talking about is over his genitals, suggesting he wants his dick in close contact with other players on the field. The man may have been gay or bisexual or whatever but suggesting he was consciously or subconsciously living out sexual fantasies when he was at work is a reach, at best.
I would just think that him not having the proper lower body especially the genital region covered or protected would be like a huge mistake. You can look here that Aaron’s teammate is wearing thigh and knee pads and probably pads under his jersey. Aaron is probably only wearing the shoulder pads that are required.
