I read the same thing you mention here on this forum... but somewhere else someone also mentioned that Twitter account, and another person told him that he had seen it too and that he doubted it was actually Aiden running it.

Since there were only photos in it that were already on Aiden's personal Facebook... and he once asked (via DM) for a new photo or something that could really prove it was him and never received a response.
