There’s a scene in Reacher where he strips down in a parking lot. It’s a wide side view and it’s dark but has anybody been able to capture high def screen shots? Maybe there’s something flopping around in front.

same with hbo max or netflix. they're known for having more nudity because they don't have to worry about advertisers, but it doesn't mean every show on it that's targeted for an adult audience will have nudity in it.
shows on those services are more likely to have gruesome and gory scenes than nudity
