It doesn’t work that easily, these creators think when they say ‘lawsuit’ or ‘legal team’ that people should be scared (even tho some people do get scared). But in reality it would be complicated to try and violate every single person

it's nowhere near as hard as it is time consuming on the legal part...but immediately he will probably have whatever person(s) banned from his OF (that happens quite often with leaks). The real issue is what he will decide to do OF wise going forward

I highly doubt he has 2k subscribers....much less that many that will buy the pic...Most people don't do it once they get big enough on OF bc it would be hassle like you said....but my guess he'll ban everyone that he sent that specific photo if he follows up on anything
