Any suggestions about being a Tgirl/Sex change MtF

If u want to get gender corrective surgery u need to see a gender specialist and go from there with phsyicatric evaluations so u can go onto hormone therapy and have surgery if its ok for u if u dont live in the uk its extremely expensive hope this helped

Thanks it does, I do not live in UK, but in US. Made some inquiries, seems like Thiland or India could be the best option for it. But initially would like to become a trans, by transplanting boobs, and see how it goes.

then depending on surgeons etc and body type u wud need to be prescribed hormones and grow breast tissue and then get implants it all depends on how far ur willing to go we get it all ddone here in the uk so its easier for us im sorry to say for others but yeah i know more about that than the usa

here in the us youll need to go on hormone therapy&start seeing a shrink about your gender reassignment,its a long process,youll need to live as a woman &getting breast transplants may be the way to start.are you ready to present yourself as a woman to friends family&work?b e sure

I have no one in US, but myself, work and friends I can change later, seeing a shrink, seems like the starting point
