You should definitely complain to onlyfans but from my dealings with OF, they’re as dishonest as the creators. Once I had an issue with a guy who did not send the video after I paid for it and OF did nothing until I hired a solicitor - then they paid me back but they only actually did something because a solicitor was involved.
