That really depends on you. Some of my weights I can wear all day, Some I can wear for a few hours, my heaviest ones I can only wear for a few minutes. You slowly build up your tolerance. Your balls will tell you when they've had enough.

I had a hunch they were from Mr. S Leather. I have the 12oz one and, yes, surpringly comfy and strong magnets. Only issue I have with these its the int diameter of 1.5". I have to wear a smaller silicon ring to prevent my balls to go through. Quality it top notch though. Hope I will be "graduating" to the 18oz soon. And will see. Cheers.
