Basketball player Brandon Dwyer (bdwyer on TikTok)

I need a translator to help me comprehend his thick Delaware accent. Amazing and cute.

I worry he won’t hold on to his audience if he doesn’t step up the game. He almost lost me when he inserted a scribble AND a Question on the same pic.

Stop with the scribbles. Begging you, king.

He already spoiled Chipotle forever. :joy:

There is such a thing as a thick Delaware accent? I don't notice any accent.

I made up the term to describe speech characteristics I recall from when I lived there. Fast talking and blending words. Some people native to Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia have interesting speech patterns. A close friend from Western PA often had to repeat himself. He told me to use close captions if I was that daft and thick headed.

So now that he's graduated he's left Florida and the angle of posting as a D1 basketball player is over. He's back home in Delaware, says it's too cold (must be why he's always wearing a shirt now right??) and he misses Florida. Who knows what the future holds for our self proclaimed "Big Guard". Maybe he's headed for a dad bod and a career as a finance bro? Maybe the allure of social media is too great and he'll try to re-invent himself (queue the OF when posts )? Maybe he'll trade a basketball for a golf ball? Guess we will have to wait and see next time on, "Growing Up is Hard".

I'd assume he technically has a year of eligibility left. If he does, I wonder if he'll transfer to a college where he'd get some playing time.

Well he did say he got accepted to a Master program can’t remember if it’s with the current school or somewhere else. I think the program starts next month so it might be online. I’ll admit that if he’s not going back down to Florida I’ll miss his daily trying to get tan pic.

Anyone wanna goon to him? Add my snap : declanfox97

He has already transferred once. Another transfer means another year sitting out and he would have to drop to DII or DIII to get playing time. Focusing on his grad degree where he is makes more sense
