Basketball player Brandon Dwyer (bdwyer on TikTok)

His Snapchat cracks me up. Each day it’s always 100 boring posts about extremely monotonous daily activities, a few engagement bait polls like “do you like the beach,” and then 2-3 thirst traps that he clearly stages to look as hot as possible (which good for him, he always does look very hot)

Sounds like a person living a normal life. Not many people could post 100 pics of things they did over a day and have it all be interesting.

Why post it if none of it is interesting

It’s not a knock on him specifically, more a knock on the whole social media/streamer culture

Because young kids like that don’t have to do anything but that and they make tons of money from Snapchat for all the posts.
What I don’t understand is where the money is coming from. Are there SO many people watching a post of a guy picking up chipotle that advertisers are like “we’ve gotta get a piece of this”

Yes sir. He is the only "influencer" I follow whose snapchat stories are worth watching, start to finish.

Maybe some of his games will be broadcast. Wait. I'll charter a luxury tour bus, and superfans can stalkily follow him all season like rock star groupies. :joy:
