Interview with Bel in DIARI DE BARCELONA . . .
Bel Gris: "La màfia existeix, i tant. I les productores grosses són les pitjors de totes" - Diari de Barcelona | Diari de Barcelona
The quote from Bel in the interview's title translates from the Catalan as "The mafia exists, and so much. And the big producers are the worst of all". It's a very serious interview about the nature of the porn world Bel inhabits. I've used my Catalan translator to read it.

The first question was: "You said you got into porn without thinking much about it?"
Bel's reply: "I’m a little impulsive. One thing comes to mind and I think, 'Why not? We transgress'. I like transgression by itself. I don't know why, I must have some personal shortcoming or something similar, but I like it."

Second question: "A young man told me he got into porn because he looked handsome and wanted to monetize it?"
Bel's reply: "What happens is that now, with social media, there is a fairly widespread movement of young people who want to enter this world because they think there is an easy income. Today’s youth are very frustrated because there is no way to find decent jobs and in the end they are willing to do that. Really if they do it is because they want to, but it is greatly influenced by the fact that it costs so much to find jobs with decent wages and conditions."

Third question: "And is this 'easy entry' real?"
Bel's reply: "It depends. If you fall into grace, yes. If the audience sees added value in you and pays to look at you, it’s relatively easy. But then you have to keep going, you have to keep going. You have to create content, and it's not easy. You can’t always do the same thing, you have to show something original because if you don’t they stop following you. And doing something original is hard, you have to think of new scripts, new arguments. If you always do the same you lose public and therefore revenue."

And so on . . .
