Lol. You really think a professional actors can have an erection or a semi during sex scene? There's intimacy director who will stop filming if it happens (cause it might make his co-star uncomfortable). Second, filming sex scenes required multiple choreography rehearsal, and people in the room. One does not simply have an erection when you have to remember the choreography, hitting all the marks and beats, both intimacy director and the director watch and supervise your every move.
