The legal age in the ph is 12 because the government doesn't want to interfere with the tribes. But I saw some news that it moved to 16. Still pretty young but comparable to other countries. AAAND I only know this legal age last year, some of my friends were shocked as well.. Sorry if there is some wrong grammar.

The senate approves the bill where the sexual consent is 16. So it's still 12... But the legal age is 18

My friend did, he let me look in his account and it's the same bull crap he always pull, title says one thing, video is a different story, their just hungry little f_ck boys trying to make a lot for little. When he video, it's always up high so you really can't see much.You can't even download them, save your money he still scamming I see .And then on top of that they charge high prices like they are some God or something, it's so laughable
