That's Jayden in the jacket and Theo. They had overlap at the Pad between August of 2010 and April of 2011. Jayden's in his "Dr. Love" jacket in the clip, and it was a running gimmick where he would play this "Dr. Love" character whose examinations would involve buttplay (and often for the first time for his "patients"). I've never seen any of these scenes outside of clips like this one myself. Jayden—who is actually a very decorated active camboy called Jaden Storm—still has the jacket. Theo's been out of the industry since leaving the Pad, I believe. I imagine he was recruited by Fratmen Gene, a friend of his who was already living there. It was actually pretty common for Fratmen to bring friends in, and there are even some legacy Frats who joined after their brothers.​

I'd say you're in the right place. On Gene's thread there are a lot of clips with Theo, especially more recently:

Unfortunately there really doesn't seem to be much Jayden content around, but again, the forums here on LPSG share archives from all throughout Fratpad's history. And otherwise, you can look up Jaden Storm for any of his post-Fratpad stuff.
