Big Breasts And Running

I must disagree. lol. But of course, as a straight guy, I would.
Use a bralette? Lol
As Sam on the lord of the ring I always offer to carry them for her but somehow she keeps declining my offer.
They are overrated I agree, but also awesome. For now her situation is not critical and keep helping her with massage.

I feel this whole thread:laughing: ... Big boobs are over rated when you it comes to real life lol.
Yeah. 2 women in my family have had reductions and they don't regret it for so many varied reasons. Obviously it's personal, but yeah IRL is often a much different story.

Is there an exercise to help mitigate back pain produced by boobs?
Im thinking on spinalis that should pull to level the force from the back.
Do you feel it would give any improvement? My wife used to do pilates with great relief.

I have been to so many chiropractors and orthopedics, and none were able to give me even semi-permanent relief with any kind of therapy. My last ortho said lose the weight and you'll get relief. Note: he said lose THE weight, not lose weight. And that's what I did. I felt immediate relief right after surgery, but there is still permanent nerve damage that I've learn to accommodate.

Don't know about exercises, thankfully I don't suffer too bad.
I'm big big, a KK in UK sizes which is about a P cup in American sizes.
When I was taken for my first proper fittings the lady said to me to always wear a properly fitting bra, buy the best we could afford and don't keep wearing a bra once it starts to go bad.
For someone who was always pretty much a delinquent and never listened to anyone about anything I actually took that advice on board, sure sometimes I have bad days with my upper back but nothing too drastic and not too often, it's also only really manifested that I get the odd bad day later in life now and likely more self inflicted by not wearing a bra for periods during the summer months, hardly ever get any issues in the colder seasons when I'm always wearing a bra.

One of my past girlfriends had similar issues. Not as big as Holly, but just big for her body type. And she said running became harder after her child because of changes to her breasts.
Like EllieP she had surgical intervention. That actually helped her in so many levels - how she felt about her body and her ability to run distances.

I understand your case but my wife is not that blessed (?) and also very reluctant to face a doctor scalpel. Probably the current pain is the sum of quitting pilates picking up the kids and the twins.
She is not a sport playing person, i wonder if she could carry the twins easily if she was more toned when they appeared.

Well, one of the aims of a therapy session was strengthening my core to compensate for the weight imbalance. I mean I guess it kind of worked, but not enough to mitigate everything.

She may want to consider something like physical therapy.

Just remember that Weight X Arm = Moment. ;)

I think sports for women with large endowments is limited...except for shooting. Yet, if you are gonna die............Just click on "watch on youtube" Or maybe I just need to pay to be a member again. Okay.

You say they neutralize the gun kick? We need more scientist doing the math.

I found the matrix scene with boobs, and did the math.
