You hit the nail on the head when you mentioned "Production". Much of what transpires on this and every other so-called reality show is staged. They have to come up with ideas to enhance the drama or their ratings would fall flat. Like...."Okay Frank, now you need to act really, really pissed. Scream, shake your fist and pace back and forth, etc., etc."

On the other hand, if any of Dan's shenanigans were real, I feel sorry for his family. What an embarrassment he is.
 
I know Dan doesn't have a lot of fans here, but I really have to commend him for his game play. The whole point of the show is to win the money, not to be nice, truthful, moral, trustworthy, etc. To that end, he has played almost flawlessly and IMO, deserves the win.
 
BB's motto is "Expect the unexpected," and BB14 has lived up to that in spades...but as another poster noted, it's been a season practically devoid of sex and male nudity and that sucks (or doesn't). Note to BB casting, we need more Crazy James type characters. Or what about this guy from this season's BB (UK version)??

As for sex, the cast members must be tested for STD's, but have to agree to hold the show harmless should they contract a STD. Here's a story about the contract cast members are required to sign before coming to LA and an actual redacted contract from a few seasons ago ....

Again note to BB casting, pair a couple of gay guys up with good chemistry and no bf's and you're certain to have sex on After Dark and lots of publicity compliments of the religious right.

Remember last night when Dan was talking with Danielle after ousting Shane? He told her then that his intent was to complete his plan to get her, his player, to win. So he's already laid the groundwork for this scenario.
 
My two cents :)

Dan & Ian = Ian wins
Dan & Danielle = Dan
Ian & Danielle = most likely Ian it depends on how Dan leaves and talks with jury.


Can someone find more Shane Pics ? rope competition greatly appreciated :)
 
I hope Danielle manages to blindside Dan out of the house after all he has played her, Ian will still win but at least she gets the 50k due to her for all she's put up with. Dan sure is a terrible person for as God fearing as he plays off to be. I like the part where boggie brought up the bible and not seeking gold and fortune. Notice how Dan changed the subject back to Boggie and not responding to the question. Who knows looking at the jury Danielle could get enough vote to win. Shane,Frank,Boggie,Jen and Joe could go the way of Danielle.

I don't think Dan planned to play this game with so much lying and deceit. I don't remember him being that way 4 years ago.He is damn sneaky. In my opinion once his lying and manipulation started it sorta steam rolled him, whatever that means.Like a good liar , you start with a lie and you have to lie to cover the other lie. So yes he lied his way into the final 3.I don't agree with comparing him to Russel though. Russel showed no remorse for any of his actions , to where I think Dan really hated to lie himself to the end.Russel was just to disgusting to look at for so long,,At least Dan is decent looking..
