If there was no mention of uncut before they filmed and signed contracts than they have to give them the choice.

yeah there hasn't been nudity for like over 10 years? it is reasonable to be nude and expect it to not be shown/aired. 7 is lucky that even any contestant said yes, they have to be notified that they are going to be showed nude beforehand.
In US productions this footage would have never been legally cleared, anyone appearing naked in a movie/t v production has to sign a nudity waiver atleast 72 hours before the shooting takes place
I don’t think that’s how it works. They would get paid more based on the episodes for sure, but BB can do its after shows and extra promo via the network. When housemates sign off on their contract, they give rights to the producers who in turn give their show rights to a network.
Example: housewife signs contract and gives film appearance rights away to Real Housewives production —> Production sells their rights to Bravo TV network —> NBC Universal gets rights to use housewives footage for any promotion/ show globally.
They don’t need the housemates to sign off, otherwise they’d be at the mercy of a disgruntled housemate stopping any of their footage from being used outside of “BB” show. It causes an issue because they’d have to blur out / never show a housemate in any footage outside of the regular bb show. The production company has paid them a contract to record them within the house and use edit footage as they please.
I agree, they signed nudity clauses regardless there was an intention to air it. It’s just a common practice nowadays for reality tv.

They must have suspected it would be aired though, because anytime a guy is in the shower, they are constantly looking out at the cameras and holding their junk, even when others aren't near.
They also seem to pivot for a butt shot in favour of showing their junk anytime they are near an obvious camera.

Unless they weren't told footage could be shown of them why would they shower in this manner?
initially it was because they didn't want to flash the girls constantly (at least that is what they said), but after things got comfy, you would think it would ease up!
The didn’t have to flash the girls if they just showered with shorts, they knew what they were doing and clearly wanted to go nude for the attention. BB tells them where the cams are and when they are recording (like if 2 people go into the same bathroom — it can be used.)
It depends on the series, I believe celebrity bb doesn’t put cams in the bathrooms or showers/ give them privacy walls if they shower.

They wiggle their bums at the cameras on purpose, but cover up their danglers - yeah, something doesn't add up here! 
Maybe next time they should just hire OF amateurs willing to bare all and looking for free advertising - it would no doubt be an amazing career boost for all participants.

Saxon from season 3 and Dean from season 5 were definitely memorable housemates, both with memorable members!!
