This is one of my favorite pictures because of how emasculated the father and grandfather must have felt

I love this pic too, and I once found a scan of this entire spread (there are a couple more pics), with the article included. There's a bit of a twist (if I'm remembering it correctly) - the grandfather is actually not biologically related to the other two, so it's a coincidence that he and the father are both small. The contrast between father and son is legit, though. Mom's genes did their son well.
