If it's a Twitter promo-only video※ (that's the possibility that seems most likely to me), I imagine it didn't make it to the website because 3Trez and Ruthless weren't necessarily paid for these videos? For these, 3Trez seems to have borrowed Jose's (or someone else) camera, as it's often filmed from his or Ruthless' POV. In the video you're talking about, even if José is the one holding the cam when anal begins, the majority of its contents was recorded by 3T/R, and, for the other long shot I'm aware of, the threesome with Tellez, there's no trace of José's presence at all it seems. Also, Tellez was never featured on BLM/NP websites AFAIK, so he might be one of 3T/R's acquaintances, completely unrelated to BLM.
※ When I say Twitter promo videos, I don't mean that these videos were necessarily hosted on Twitter (I think videos only appear near 2013 on Twitter?), but I mean promoted via some tweets. Since some were long-shots, video files themselves were maybe hosted on BLM's server. If it was hosted on BLM/NP/LatinChulos server and you can find some kind of links which would give clues of the folder, there's a great chance there are still there... None of the owners are/were fans of cleaning . But I guess we have to find these links quickly giving the recent hacking.
It's very plausible that José allowed Trez to use his equipment for the editing, as he's one of the models who used to hang out at his place. I know that José has gained a bad reputation about his relationships with the models, but like I said then, things are always more complicated that saying he was just taking advantages of them, and it seems obvious to me that he became friends with some of them, so he may have let 3T/R play with his cam/computer/whatever, for them to promote their own "Twitter channels" (would have been their OnlyFans ones these days, but choices were lower those days). Moreover, it was additional little advertising for BLM, since they were kind-of exclusive models, were wearing those *very beautiful* underwear featuring the website's url...
Even though the studio's editing work wasn't always the cleanest at least, I have the feeling that something is off compared to regular ones (certainly fonts used which do not seem to be the usual ones?). Either it's intentional to distinguish videos for members, or it's because someone else was doing the editing, or perhaps the texts and logos were added afterwards. After all, these videos often appear alongside related videos that are basic slideshows of the site's earlier models※※; I really doubt these slideshows come from BLM team, but I rather believe it was made by a fan — maybe the same who added texts and logos to these T/R's videos to give the feeling of regular BLM's videos? Because it's possible that there wasn't any logo originally, these videos being 3T/R's Twitter channels originals, but that someone later tried to pass them off as rare BLM's content on tubes.

Giving the fact that Wayback Machine is very (very very) slow from France, I can't really check for older accounts, it often stops before loading the complete pages + you're banned for some hours when you try to reload too often + the fact that some links were transformed in bit.ly ones which don't work anymore, but maybe there's still some infos about those "lost videos"?
