“NOSFERATU has officially been Rated R for "bloody violent content and graphic nudity and some sexual content". His character will appear naked but Idk if he used a prosthetics or if Bill’s dick will be the only natural part of his body. He already showed his dick in past on a movie, it won’t be a problem for him.
I hope to see him naked

If he is in all prosthetics, there is no way his dick will be real.

It will probably either a prosthetic dick or full female nudity.

I read an interview of Robert Eggers and he said there are scenes of Count Orlok where he'll appear naked, but he couldn't say anymore because we'll see their work with our eyes while we watching the movie. Maybe they covered him totally with prosthetics, but I hope we'll see his real dick

The thing is, if it happens, good for you. I just can't care for his real dick if he looks like Count Orlok.
