How do you type in a celebrity's name so that it doesn't get blocked?

You don't. Since January there's been a progressively more restrictive block on celebrities. What is still possible at the moment is using the character they're famous for...
I see you asked this same question in loads of threads, including the Henry Cavill one. Him you can still sometimes get if you use his superman character. Same for Chris Evans and Captain America. Hugh Jackman and wolverine.
But typing the name doesn't work anymore.

I've been bored and been reworking some of the older prompts which still works nicely, just gotta add in some extra flares and positions. The visual filter just doesn't like putting them into briefs, oh wells but it sometimes just does it itself.

Reworking this prompt was pretty easy. It still works great but sometimes it won't always generate naked butt. It has generated dick, balls and pubs, works well on the beach too.

I haven't been able to get tom holland as spiderman or Peter parker...it's annoying.

Holland is much much MUCH more difficult vs Evans and Cavill, Spiderman is a much more popular character with a lot of actors that plays it

So it will work but you'll get a lot of different actors. Sometimes it's a win, sometimes it's a lose. If you want specifically Holland, time to learn Stable Diffusion.

As you can see, sometimes it looks like Holland, sometimes other actors. It's also this prompt that makes it look prettier.

what do you mean, I already explained it. Spiderman is a much more popular character that's played by a lot of people vs Captain America or Wolverine. If you say Spiderman. I can think of 5 people, not just Holland. If you say Captain America or Wolverine, there's only Evans and Jackman that pops up.

enjoy some hollands, it's a 1 out of 10 chance.

I know no one will help haha I'm guessing those are found on the internet. I did get one answer of someone saying they used stable diffusion but idk about everyone else.

Yeah, sometimes getting people to guide and assist can be difficult, but I do remember seeing someone mention META AI on that thread.

This one's kinda hilarious, I got it randomly and it was hard to replicate it's supposed to be a Van Gogh style but it ended up giving me the bulge of Van Gogh or whatever

I wish I hadn't been such a dumbass to delete my bing history, and I didn't keep the prompts anywhere else... At the moment I thought they were meh but looking back (and also because of your reactions ) I think they look quite nice! So I might try to replicate them in the future

They're very nice imo! And, again -- love the variety of styles, subjects, and composition!

The one with the orange cat, the couple laying under the white blossom trees, and the Van Gogh ones are particularly eye-catching
