Remember the results of specific prompts vary wildly. Don't expect many good results just from re-using these verbatim. It appears more a matter of probability. A good prompt shifts the odds of a good image generation in your favor but doesn't guarantee it. And of course there's nothing preventing Bing blocking it outright the next day.
