Body fat loss and reduction of pubic fat pad

Fat pads suck ass. I was always very fit and athletic (6'1, 175#, exercise of some type everyday) until I was about 28 (now 32)...my cock was basically huge both soft and hard. My friends always talked about it once they saw me naked for whatever reason (not least of which being me showing off). Soft 7", hard 10"+. It would swing from leg to leg when I walked in the locker room or wherever.

Due to a variety of factors (including a blood disease that almost killed me) I've gained 40 pounds and now my dick is anywhere from 3.5-5.5" soft and 7-8" hard (not pressing bone). I know a lot of guys would love to have what I do, but I'm pretty disappointed. It just makes me feel unhealthy & depressed lol.

I had a fat pad even when I was fit...so really my dick was like 11" before. Are there specific ways to lose that weight?

Yeah, you don't have anywhere near those measurements. Going back to the topic of this thread, you just need to lose weight to get rid of the fat pad, it isn't difficult.

Has anyone tried Cool Sculpting to get rid of the fat pad? I'm in a new year's exercise routine trying to get rid of 10 pounds before our winter vaca end of January. In the past I've been able to lose the 10-but the fat pad doesn't leave. At all. I'm 210 now-going for 200 or less. Seriously thinking of trying the Cool Sculpt route to see if it can rid me of the fat pad-chime in if anyone has tried it...

Agree.

I never had a fat pad, even now at 59 less than 0.25" ( approx 0.5 cm )
But my body fat was never higher than 13%. (varying between 11 and 12%)

By loosing weight you can reduce the fat pad, but it's hard to tell where the most fat will disappear.
And once obese ( BMI +30 ) it's impossible without a liposuction to get rid of the fat pad.

I carry the majority of my fat in the lower back and very lower abs, so I'll have to get pretty lean to lose most of the remaining fat pad. I'm very lean in the chest, arms, upper back, legs and ribcage area right now but still have a small layer of fat in my midsection/lower back, though I have my upper 4 abs showing.

Wanted to give an update to this thread.

My weight loss seems to have plateaued around the 222 mark, I feel awesome and looking pretty good but want to lose a bit more fat, maybe get down to around 210 or so. I should be pretty lean at that weight, be in awesome shape (endurance, speed, ability to move body through space etc.) while also feeling pretty good and being able to live a normal lifestyle, meaning not being ridiculously obsessed about eating out etc.

So, I've cut back my calories by a bit, around 150 per day, and have built up the volume of my conditioning work. I've built myself up to 65 minutes of continuous swimming, using breast stroke, and doing that around 3 days per week at a low intensity. On top of this, I'll still be doing my full body lifting routine and increasing the volume of the hill sprints I do after, currently at 2 but planning on going up to 4. These are long hills that take me about 30 seconds, near all out effort and very explosive.

So, I'll be sure to keep more updates on here now that I should definitely be losing weight at a decent but manageable pace.

Measurement update for this thread,

Height- 6'4"
Weight- 220
Waist- 33.5"
Difference between BPEL and NBPEL- 7/8"
Goal- looking to get down to 210 and maybe around a difference of 1/2" between my BPEL and NBPEL.

I'm definitely starting to trim down and with the extra swimming plus cutting back a bit on my calories I should be able to lose fat fairly easily. I'm looking to do this relatively slowly for someone of my size, around 1 pound per week or so, in order to maintain or possibly gain a bit of strength in the weight room. However, my goal really is to get down to my ideal weight/body fat percentage, around 10-12% BF, maintain that and slowly work on increasing my strength and putting on muscle. I figured I'd give this thread another update. I was going to take a picture this morning but I lost my load before being able to get my phone out lol.

Anyway, here are some of my stats as of now.

Height- 6'4"
Weight- 215
Waist- 33"
BPEL- A tad over 8", I think the kegels may be resulting in slightly bigger erections due to increased hardness and blow flow to the tip.
Difference between BPEL and NBPEL- 3/4", I'm sticking to just measuring the fat pad itself, as it is a bit difficult to get an accurate NBPEL measurement due to the possibility of slightly pushing into the fat.

Looking at my physique, I'm thinking I can drop another 10 pounds or so, bringing me to somewhere in the 205-210 range. I feel like I'm at an awesome weight right now but I know that I can easily maintain a slightly leaner body fat percentage given all the sprint work and swimming. This time I'll focus on just trying to maintain a lean and fit body instead of forcing myself to overeat in the attempt to put on body mass, which is just a recipe for getting fat given enough time.

Awesome thread, I'm starting my weight loss journey again, I'm starting at 285 lbs, I've been doing well with my eating since starting and have been doing well with exercise, I'm going to be weighing myself at the end of March.

My stats:
5'9"
285 lbs
Bp 7.7
Nbp 5
Girth 6.5

I'm actually not losing weight solely for this, but I think it will be fun to measure the differences as I continue on the journey!!

I totally missed this. I mean this in no mocking way, but you have a lot of weight to lose and getting down to a healthier size will do you some serious good. When I started this I was just too bulked up, not necessarily unhealthy but definitely not at my lean and athletic weight. I'm hoping you can achieve your goals, but please be patient as this will not be a quick fix.

I know it will take a long time, all of the weight wasn't put on yesterday, I'm very excited about the journey, I can't wait to see how it feels to not be carrying so much extra weight

I see a lot of people attempt to lose massive amounts of weight in a short period of time and it always ends up in failure. Generally they follow some extreme exercise routine and/or a highly restrictive diet that is not sustainable over the long term. Getting down to a healthy weight is easy, you can do it.

No you can lose a lot in a little time. I had to go from 220 to 195 in less than a month due to an injury on my wrestling team I had to fill. Did it with exercise and very clean diet.I was able to maintain that weight fairly easy as long as I didn't wolf back Burger King and Popeye's.

Eat clean and exercise and you can easily lose 5+ pounds a week depending how big you are in the first place.

Hey i hope this thread it's still active. I've been dealing with a fat pad since i was a kid and always thought i had an average to small dick cause when it gets hard it bends upwards and being a grower doesn't help when it's soft, it hides inside my fat pad. So i always been so insecure about this but now I've decided to lose it. I can press all my finger inside my fat pad to the bone, so i think it's 2 and half inches of fat. When my dick it's hard it's measure 6'' but because of fat it looks a bit of a pencil in girth cause my belly and waist are so disproportional but when i sit it gets thicker and i can play it all over my belly button. I hope maybe it could get to 8" when i lose it and get fit, I can send some pics for you to evaluate cause some times i think it's all in my head and it's not enough the suffering, but i intend to be fit and shredded someday.
Height: 5'7''
167 pounds
24% of body fat i think.
I really hope you get this message :)

Yea I can relate. I have a pretty good size dick but when I press the fat down its an inch+ bigger. I'm 5'10" 250, big beefy muscular. prolly would like to lose 30 lbs. But even when i was 180 in my early 20's and super lean at 10%bf i still had some of it. Luckily Im super girthy and decent length. Just frustrated knowing that I have another 1-1.5 inches hiding there lol. Especially since i do cams n porn

If I get some extra cash I'd love to try the cool-sculpting thing. Supposedly it can reduce the fat pad by 25-50%. After i drop 30+ lbs try it and get some done. if not then maybe FUPA lipo which runs $2-3k

I’ve lost a good 60lbs in the past 6 months and am doing cool sculpting this week. My weight has fluctuated all my life and even at my thinnest 165 I still had it. I can’t seem
to find any pics of male before and after of this specific procedure but will report back

Two sessions down and I’m really quite pleased. I would say I’ve gained abou 3/4 inch in length and feel a lot more confident! It isn’t the most comfortable procedure but happy I did it.
